Cancellation and Refund Policy

Applicability:
This policy applies only to online purchases of AdClarity by BiScience self service subscriptions made through our website and paid via credit card.
If you have a signed agreement with BiScience (including Enterprise Subscription Agreement, or any other written contract), this policy does not apply. Please refer to the terms stated in your specific agreement.
Cancellation Requests:
If you subscribed to AdClarity by BiScience and find it’s not the right fit, you may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to info@biscience.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.
To ensure timely processing, please include:
- Your full name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Account email
- Subscription start date
- Brief reason for cancellation (optional)
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period or committed subscription term. We will confirm your cancellation request by email within 3 business days of receipt.
If your subscription began with a free trial, your first payment will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Refund Requests:
AdClarity by BiScience offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time online subscription purchases made directly from our website via credit card.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must submit your written refund request to info@biscience.com within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.
- Refunds are available only for the initial subscription purchase (not renewals or upgrades).
- Month-to-month subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
In your refund request email, please include:
- Subject line: “Refund Request”
- Your full name and account email
- Billing information (transaction ID or last 4 digits of your credit card)
- Date of purchase
- Brief explanation of your request
We will process approved refunds within 30 calendar days of receiving all required information. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
Important Notes:
- Cancellation or refund requests submitted without the required information may be denied.
- Refunds will not be granted after the 14-day period or for renewal payments.
- If you wish to avoid renewal charges, please send your cancellation request before your next billing date.
